Following the instructions from "Building Synthetic Voices" by Alan W Black and Kevin A. Lenzo

To assemble this limited domain synthesizer, I recorded 24 prompts chosen by Black & Lenzo to encompass a wide set of variable settings. The total number of phrases the system produces is in excess of 1,100.
